Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of order receipt to request a return, except for personalized products.

Send the item to the address we provide. We recommend shipping with tracking for the security of your order.

Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
