Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order in our online store, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any point, please do not proceed with the purchase.

Products and Availability

All items are subject to stock availability. Colors and details shown in images may vary slightly due to photography conditions or screen settings.

Personalized or custom-made jewelry is produced upon request and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of manufacturing defect.

Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, already confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment is made at the time of order through the methods available on the website.

Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping for orders ≥ €50; below this value, a fixed fee applies. Order processing takes up to 7 days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days for mainland Portugal; international times may vary. An email is sent after the order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

The return period is 14 days after receiving the order. Items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and without signs of use.

Personalized or custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange, except for manufacturing defects. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of brand error or defect.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Responsibility

Items are created with care and quality, but we are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear. We guarantee the quality and authenticity of the materials used.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data provided is used exclusively to process orders, customer service, and brand communications when authorized. We do not share data with third parties without consent, except when necessary for logistics services or by legal requirement.

Intellectual Property

All brand content — including images, texts, designs, and visual identity — is the property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior authorization.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes apply to future orders; already confirmed orders will maintain the original terms at the time of purchase.
